    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Environmental issues are very serious that is why we have an authority known as NEMA to deal with that. Normally, before any project of that magnitude can be approved, there must be an Environmental Impact Assessment, which has been done and approved. I was surprised the other day when this issue came up that is when NEMA summoned that mango tree company to come to its offices, which means there must have been a lapse in following of procedures."
