    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me an opportunity to add my voice to this Statement by Sen. (Dr.) Mwaura. He has come up with a very important Statement concerning children with developmental issues. When one goes to the ground and sees families of these children, they go through harrowing moments because these children need a lot of attention. Especially during these COVID-19 times, parents have had a rough time because these children need medicine and physiotherapy. They are very expensive to maintain. There is need for the Government to come up with a mechanism of ensuring that they intervene and help parents who are going through this harrowing moment.
