    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I would like to thank Sen. Sakaja for bringing this Statement on the cash transfer for the elderly. I would urge the Chair to give us a breakdown of the segregation of Kshs8 billion per county, so that we know what each county is getting. This is because I know it is not covering everybody. In my county, there are few people who are benefitting. However, Madam Deputy Speaker, my issue is about making sure that, that fund reaches the beneficiaries. This is because the fund uses commercial banks to transfer the money. If you look at the distribution of these banks--- In my county, commercial banks are only found in Marsabit and Moyale. We have parts of this county which are as far as 500 Kilometer from the headquarters, Marsabit.
