    "content": "It appears that the prominence of those institutions is anchored in the Constitution, but not in our belief, practice or the way we implement law. This is a very unfortunate situation. Those institutions initiate the primary oversight by carrying out the audit and whose reports are brought to Senate. The Senate, National Assembly and other institutions such as county assemblies are also treated the same way."
