    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will be brief and mention a few things on what I do not expect in Supplementary Estimates. I do not expect a Supplementary Budget to introduce new items. I will refer to a few of them. On page 4, the Minister is requesting to purchase specialized plant, equipment and machinery, under Item 085 for the Police Commissioner; this is something that was never in the Budget. We are not actually supplementing but starting something new. Where is it in the priorities of the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security?"
