    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) is a big shame for this country. It is the third year, since we got IDPs and, as a Government, we have not resettled them up to now! What responsibility do we have to call ourselves a Government if we cannot take care of our own who are suffering? How can we have our own people as refugees in our country? It is extremely important that, once and for all, we take care of our IDPs, who are suffering in camps. I think it is important that the Ministry of Finance ensures that there is enough money to settle them once and for all so that we can forget their problems."
