Just to add on what the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife has said, if he got more money, I am sure that areas like the Maragoli Hills which used to be rain catchment areas would improve the climate and environment in this country. There is the aspect of roads that the Minister has just alluded to. The Kisumu-Kakamega Road and Kitale-Lodwar Road is in a pathetic state. I do not think it takes one hour and ten minutes to drive there. It takes much more than that. The problem we have with regard to roads"
