    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I do not know if Hon. (Dr.) Oundo had looked at the Bill. This is because, Clause 20 (2) provides for exactly the same. That the Commissioner should ensure that a child who is in need of refugee status and is considered a refugee receives appropriate protection unassisted.
