    "content": "Another thing that it is hoped to do is to establish and maintain a national agency for administering international standard serial numbers for books, music and others. Every book we read will have International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) which authenticates the book and ensures it is original material by the author hence has a global reference that people can quote works of art and works of literature. This will be part of the responsibility of the Kenya National Library Service."
