    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, training is also very urgent. We need training of our health workers. I am not referring to the usual trainings in the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), but emergency trainings. We are looking into that with some development partners and we hope that we will also get support in that area. I want to commend the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance for the Economic Stimulus Package. My Ministry has received funding for about 161 health centres. Unfortunately, there are over 40 health centres from which we have not received the required information for registration. I do not want Members to complain to my Ministry or the Ministry of Medical Services because the bottleneck is right there at the constituency level. We would like you to lead in your constituency. Our officers are not supposed to give the area where they want the health centre to be located. When they do that, you will come back to us complaining."
