"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This is a House of record. The records we have is that by-elections that took place in Machakos County as well as those that took place in Matungu and Kabuchai were very peaceful. It is also on record nationally and here that there are suspects including my brother, Sen. Malalah, who were suspected to have been violent during the by-elections in Matungu. Is it in order for my good brother and friend, Sen. Malalah, to place it on record that he should be congratulated and his people when there are suspects that have been dragged to court, having been charged with violence?"
