    "content": "“PURSUANT to the provisions of Standing Orders 41, 149 and 150 of the National Assembly Standing Orders, I hereby convey the following Message from the National Assembly - WHEREAS the Early Childhood Education Bill (Senate Bill No. 26 of 2018) was referred to the Mediation Committee on Thursday, 1st October, 2020 in accordance with the provisions of Article 112 (2)(b) of the Constitution ; AND WHEREAS the National Assembly, on Thursday, 4th March, 2021 considered and approved the Mediated Version of the said Bill in the form developed by the Mediation Committee as required under Article 113 (2) of the Constitution; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article 113 (3) of the Constitution and Standing Order 150 (4) (b), I will present the Bill to His Excellency the President for Assent.” Hon. Senators, as communicated in the Message, the Speaker of the National Assembly is currently processing the Bill for Assent. I thank you."
