    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I have two Statements and I request that I read both of them concurrently. I rise pursuant to Standing Order 48(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Information and Technology regarding the Status of Access of Information Regulations as provided for in the Access to Information Act of 2016. In the Statement, the Committee should- (i) Explain why the Cabinet Secretary for Information and Technology has delayed in making Access to Information Regulations as contemplated in Section 25 of the Access to Information Act, 2016; (ii) State when the said regulations will be in place;"
