    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, in the Statement, the Committee should- (i) Explain the framework put in place by both national and county governments to ensure that students, especially the candidates are able to write their exams comfortably; (ii) Provide the demographic and distribution of the public schools which are deemed to be in deplorable state across the counties; (iii) Outline measures, if any, that have been put in place to ensure provision of enough teachers, sanitary facilities, classrooms and other amenities to ensure learners achieve academic excellence; and (iv) State the progress made towards establishing mechanism to equip these schools and upgrade them to higher standards as needed."
