I want to join my colleagues in saying that this is a group that can be helped. I had a student who had cerebral palsy. We took care of him throughout the first degree. He managed to go for masters, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and now he is a professor in a university. It is possible to help them depending on the levels that she has defined for us. There are different types and levels. I am also taking care of one other cerebral palsy candidate called Kemboi, who is doing very well. He is now in college. Therefore, it is possible to help them.
