    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Motion because it is lifesaving. As we alter the Calendar of the Senate, I would like to encourage our colleagues to be cautious. As we find more time to go to our counties, we need to embark on serious oversight of our county governments. There are county governments which are not well prepared to handle the COVID-19 situation. Most hospitals lack the basic amenities. There are hospitals that are unable to even pay their nurses and doctors. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
