    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Chairman of the Committee of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries for being so concerned and raising the issues as pertinently and emotionally as he has done. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the one thing which has caught my attention is that the Member is speaking about rumours. Rumours just like newspapers, cannot be produced in the House. The truth of the matter is that the Government is also is a source of legislation as much as we are. When we have an issue like this one, it is incumbent upon me. I have already promised the Member that I will be meeting with him in my office to discuss the matter because we are in a difficulty situation. We are in a situation where, following the court ruling, we have a lot of republications, concurrences and so on. Therefore, those things are communicated every week. Every time I issue a Statement on the state of Bills, you will know which Bills are being republished, undergoing concurrence and so on. The rumours are the ones that are moving us in this direction. Let us consult together. The truth will be given on Tuesday, next week. I do not believe that a Bill initiated in this House can be reintroduced in another House following the court ruling."
