    "content": "I eulogise the Late President by saying that he is a big example that most of us can emulate at any level of leadership, as a Senator, as a Member of County Assembly (MCA) or a Member of Parliament. We can emulate the late President John Pombe Magufuli. Madam Deputy Speaker, I take this opportunity to condole the family and to congratulate the new President. We know that it may not be easy. The shoes are big as already mentioned by some of our colleagues. However, the most important thing is that she should just be herself and she will be able to achieve more than anybody else would expect. Therefore, I join my colleagues and on behalf of the people of Kisumu County, I stand here to give my condolences to the people of Tanzania, the President and the family. We believe that the work that had been started by the Late President will be continued by the President who has taken just taken over. Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker."
