    "content": "I support the Petition. The problem of issuance of ID cards is a thorn in the flesh across board. It is not only in the marginal areas or counties or constituencies which border our neighbouring countries, it is there internally, for example, in Meru. You will find that officers have nobody to supervise them. In my constituency an office has one or two staff and every other day we have youths who turn up there to get ID cards but they never get them. The Registry of Persons should be overhauled holistically and corrective measures put in place so that once a teen gets to the age of maturity..."
