    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. First and foremost, I wish to congratulate the former Leader of the Majority Party, Hon. Duale, for bringing this Petition. As you are very much aware, Mombasa is dominated by a big business community that is from the Somali community. However, majority of the youth from that community, up to today, are still suffering in acquiring ID cards that can enable them get the necessary services in this country. So, this Petition should be opened up and not be limited to only North Eastern so that whatever recommendations that may be put forward by the Committee, should be able to be applied to the other regions like Mombasa. Thank you."
