    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we did not transport the maize seed to Migori because he raised this Question. It is just because the stocks of seed maize in that area were sold out and it took a bit of time for us to transport other stocks to that area. However, as I said, 70 per cent of farmers in that area have planted. It is only 30 per cent of the farmers who have not planted and now the stores are full. Farmers in that area now have everything they need. If the hon. Member thinks that his area does not have enough seeds, he may tell me on Tuesday, so that the two of us can follow up the matter."
