    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to support the request by the Chair, Justice and Legal Affairs Committee for an extension. First, it is because BBI is not an emergency. If the Chair was seeking the extension for vaccination of COVID-19 or things dealing with Kenyan’s livelihoods, maybe, then we would be debating. But to me, BBI is not an emergency and, therefore, I support the extension."
