One of the most profound issues I heard was on the question of delimitation of our boundaries; constituency boundaries and new constituencies. Those are not light matters we can say the Committee can just brush aside. It is true because they have a repository of very good seasoned experts. The Committee of Experts is ably represented by the Vice-Chair of the Committee, Hon. Otiende Amollo."
