"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Keroka-Kisii Road is the one connecting Nairobi with Tanzania in that area. Therefore, it is a busy road. In the last financial year, a similar small allocation was made for that road. After small repairs of murram, and no tarmac, the road was again destroyed because of the large number of vehicles that run through it. What the Minister is calling âpotholesâ is actually an earth road with no tarmac at all, and no potholes. It is an earth road that is supposed to be a highway. What is he planning to do to ensure that this section of the road is done once and for all?"
