Members, as a consequence of that directive, I, therefore, order that the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill 2020 be on the Order Paper for Second Reading on 1st April with or without a report. This House has very many experts and you will see when debate commences. Indeed, as you may wish to look at the Order Paper, you will see that there is a proposal to increase the number of minutes each Member will be allocated if the House agrees.
