Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion: THAT, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order 120, this House resolves to reduce the publication period of the Supplementary Appropriation Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 9 of 2021) from seven days to one day. This is a Procedural Motion and what we intend to achieve is to hasten the process. I am made to understand that the National Treasury has not been disbursing exchequer releases. If we can enact this, Ministries, Departments and Agencies will be getting their rightful share for this Financial Year. With those few remarks, I want to request the Majority Whip to second.
