    "content": "I have said many times that when we see resources being requested for Kazi Mtaani and when hon. Members are asking for more money to NG-CDF, it makes a lot of sense. This is because, this is the money which will go to the grassroots and immediately kind-of stimulate demand. By stimulating demand, our suppliers will be able to provide goods and services and the economy will grow. So, to me, these are the kinds of expenditure we need to promote as a House so that, at the end of the day, the economy realises some growth and we will be able to factor our things."
