    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if we had our way, we would have all the roads in Kenya tarmacked. Given the Budget that we have, we only have to prioritize. I have indicated that this is one of the crucial roads and a link road to that section of the country, which is very productive. So, we will prioritize it in the investment programme that will come up, and I am sure the people from that region will be satisfied."
