    "content": "This House has to make a decision whether we really need to have Government offering those services to the people, through Government parastatals, or we collapse all of them and sell them off and offer essential services that can only be offered by the Government. If training can be offered by a private institution, then let the private institution offer that training and not the Government. If a product can be offered by the private sector, let it be and not by a Government institution because this leads to plunder of Government funds."
