    "content": " Thank you, Hon Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to also add my support to this very important Bill. Kenya enjoys a stable micro economic environment. The Government operates sound micro-economic policies that promote growth and provide a secure environment for private sector investment. Kenya also is a multi-party democracy with a unicameral Parliament that creates laws. It is very important that we pass this Bill because the only thing that has been lacking all along in the business environment is the ease of operating business. That matter is addressed in this law that has been brought before us this afternoon."
