Just a couple of weeks ago, we put pen to paper on the Economic Partnership Agreement with the United Kingdom. The gist of that agreement was to open up the European market, particularly the UK market, to Kenyan exporters. At this time, all exporters within this country have a latitude to open up their business enterprises, both the existing and the prospective exporters."
