    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to affirm the legislative process of this piece of law. I also thank the Leader of the Majority Party for coming up with the business at this time when our economy has been constrained by the COVID-9 Pandemic. It is true that where we are going, we need to register some progress in what we are doing in this country.
