    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to agree with the Member that the issue of vandalism of road signs and all other metal railings, especially in serious corners, has been a major concern. I think one of the things that we would really advocate is the issue of whether we should have scrap metals being sold or bought in the markets. As long as the market is there, people will go on to vandalise them."
