    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the opportunity to support this Bill. I want to start by thanking the Leader of the Majority Party for this very good Bill. This Bill seeks to bring an enabling environment for businesspersons, that is, local and international businesspeople. This country has a very huge population of young people many of whom are very creative and full of energy. However, it is important to note that majority of these young people are jobless. So, a better environment for business gives them an opportunity to indulge in business activities, grow themselves and create opportunities for others. I do not want to dwell so much on it, I support. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
