    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, indeed, I agree with the hon. Member that we have received various complaints in terms of the inconveniences along Nairobi-Thika Road. But I also want to assure the hon. Member that the road construction actually commenced last year. It is projected to be completed by the end of June 2011, if there is no delay in the project. So, I want to assure the hon. Member that we will ensure that the project is completed on time to reduce the inconvenience of the road user."
