    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with the hon. Member that when you do the main highways and do not address the feeder roads, the utility of the road is, indeed, compromised. Therefore, we will look at the roads we have already stated. I would like to say that the road from Engineer to Njabini which is in a deplorable condition, will indeed, be looked into. We will look for immediate remedial action to address the potholes."
