He defined persons who are deceased as follows: hayati is a dead person who has left behind a lot of wealth and assets; marehemu is a dead person who has left behind lots of bills and is also listed by the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) as loan defaulting, and mwenda zake, has little to write about him, alizaliwa, akazururazurura,akagongwa na gari akafa."
