Kanini Kega and the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury, so that they can comply with the requirements of Article 114. It could have been very beautiful. I appreciate that. I suspect the problem might have been with Article 114 of the Constitution and, perhaps, to the extent that those are public resources, they might want to hide under Article 230 on the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
