    "content": "The only one I can see is a 12 year-old Kamba woman who is a complainant. She accused Mr. Alfonce Mutinda aged 21 years. The case is pending before court. I am not convinced that these cases are in Kibwezi East Constituency because the Committee generalised the response of the measures that have been taken. Through your guidance and indulgence, I seek that you order the Committee to narrow down the explanation in the Statement to my request on the cases in Kibwezi East Constituency because they gave a general response."
