    "content": "Hon. Speaker, what we are saying is this Committee represents Parliament; it is a Parliamentary Committee. In a situation where the Committee is being ignored, Parliament is being ignored. What has come out of this Committee is the ‘big brother’ - if you go to that Ministry, there is the so-called ‘big brother’ and some ‘small brothers.’ The ‘big brother’ in this particular Ministry is so unkind and inconsiderate that he only wants to take all the money and all the other ‘small brothers’ are left with nothing."
