    "content": " We have been sitting and asking the cabinet secretaries to appear before us and many times, they do not show up. During the last meeting, Hon. Kamket was there. The Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) came after the Committee had already dispersed. There is a lot of frustration. As we speak, more than 15 Questions are still pending. Some of them will expire next week before they are answered. In those Questions, Members are asking about human rights in the villages. As we speak, the same Ministry is planning to deploy 600 General Service Unit (GSU) officers to go and evict citizens from their shambas in my constituency ."
