    "content": " They have not involved anybody. Instead, they talk in low tones, pretending that they are going to evict the citizens out of Tana and Athi Rivers Development Authority (TARDA) land. Nobody is in TARDA land in my constituency. They want to take over the Mwea Settlement Scheme. The citizens there are living in fear. It is about time the Ministry and the Cabinet Secretary are called upon to do their job. I hear others saying that tumeshindwa and that is why we are here. We are doing our jobs. Contempt to the Committee is contempt to this House. I submit that the whole House should take up the matter of the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government and deal with it once and for all. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
