    "content": "I got your letter of concern. I am alive to the fact that, that Bill was read for the first time on 2nd May 2019. It was referred to the Departmental Committee on Health and the Committee has never considered the Bill. Obviously, it is almost close to two years and that does not speak well of that Committee. My direction is that the Committee tables the report before the House on Thursday, 1st April 2021 for the Bill to be on the Order Paper on Tuesday the week after. The Clerk will implement that. I do not see the Chairperson. Chairpersons of Committees do not sit on Members’ Bills.
