    "content": "Even in your own deliberations, I think it is important that we begin seeing what committee programmes are. A matter like this one is a matter that surely should form quite some serious discussion in the Committee and possibly even form some report that can be tabled here coming from the committee. That is the best route so that it is debated in plenary. I think it is the Departmental Committee on Health. Certainly, it is not the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security.
