"content": " Hon. Speaker, I wish to seek your indulgence and that of the House that we step down the First Reading of the Health Laws (Amendment) Bill to allow for some consultations. This is one of the Bills that have ended up in a public participation even before First Reading, and we need to figure out how all that is happening. Most importantly, we have organized a meeting on Tuesday next week with the Ministry of Health to first of all sort out a few things, and then we will decide at what point it comes to the House. Perhaps, now that I still have the mic, I could also ask for your indulgence on business appearing as Order No.13 within the Committee of the whole House, that the second business appearing as the Public Fundraising and Appeals Bill. It should also be dropped from the Order Paper for today to allow for further consultations. There are so many amendments that need to be harmonized. The Refugees Bill and the Referendum Bill have been slotted for Evening Sitting and Members are still bringing in amendments. To allow the Committee to harmonize all those amendments, we ask that those two be deferred until we meet on Tuesday to reallocate a time for them.
