    "content": "In reviewing these particular regulations, the Statutory Instruments Act literally limits the mandate of the Committee to various issues. One is to confirm whether there was public participation. Secondly, to confirm whether there was a regulatory impact statement. As part of the team, we confirmed there was adequate public participation in view of the nature and type of regulations at hand. The main purpose of these regulations is to standardize the generation of tax invoices so that wherever you go or wherever you are, it is standardized and is of the same style and nature.
