    "content": "In accordance with Section 16 of the Statutory Instrument Act 2013, the Committee held a meeting with the regulations making authority on 1st February 2021. The delegation was led by the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of National Treasury and Planning. The Committee observed that the Value Added Tax (Electronic Tax Invoice) is against the Constitution, the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Value Added Tax Act and the Statutory Instrument Act. The Committee made the following observations."
