    "content": "The low tax revenue has resulted due to taking long to adapt to some of these reforms as a country. So, these Regulations are very ideal to enhance tax revenue. Again, we need to think about the KRA and its funding. To me, KRA is underfunded. We need to make more funds available to KRA, so that they can enhance and reform their ICT systems and be able to collect more, hire more staff and train staff in tax collection.
