I had indicated that I wanted to speak to Motion No.12 that concerns my Committee, but now that you have given me this opportunity, I just want to concur with the rest of the speakers that, indeed, these are timely Regulations that are going to improve tax collection and to help people involved in the digital purchasing and supplying to contribute to payment of taxes, so that we can improve our revenue collection. I know some small business people may feel a little bit treated unfairly because they have been surviving by not paying taxes, but with the kind of economy that we have today, and given the cash flow problems that we have in this country, every sector or business must pay taxes so that we can pay for our development."
