I rise to support the petitioners and largely so maybe seek that the Committee that will be dealing with this matter try to look at the whole concept of compulsory land acquisition and the issue of public participation. I know this House has been dealing with the issue of passing the legislation on public participation. I know there was a piece of legislation which was sponsored by the distinguished Senator for Busia County, the former Attorney General, Sen. Wako."
